I understand and voluntarily waive any right to a refund of my $500 donation deposit. I fully accept that the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

I understand and agree that BZPAC Tours reserves the sole right to determine participant eligibility for the tour. BZPAC may decline or revoke participation if, in its sole discretion, it determines that an individual’s involvement would be detrimental to the mission, safety, harmony, or success of the tour. I voluntarily waive any right to dispute, contest, or bring legal action against BZPAC for any such determination. I acknowledge that participation is a privilege extended to BZPAC Members and Friends, and is not a guaranteed right.

BZPAC Tours will arrange and include my connecting flight from a major airport near my home to JFK (New York City) as part of my tour package. I understand that once tickets are issued, any rescheduling, delays, or cancellations — including those caused by weather or airline changes — are my responsibility to resolve directly with the airlines. BZPAC Tours will assist when possible but cannot guarantee airline responses or solutions.

General Liability Release: I understand and agree that participation in the BZPAC Israel Tour involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to travel-related risks, illness, injury, accidents, or loss of personal property. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to hold harmless and release BZPAC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to my participation in the tour.

No Chargebacks, Disputes, or Reversals: I agree not to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or reversal with my credit card issuer, PayPal, or any payment processor under any circumstances regarding this donation. I expressly waive any rights I may have to dispute or reverse this transaction.

I agree to follow BZPAC Tours’ modest dress code requiring loose-fitting clothing at all times. Ladies must wear skirts or dresses below the knee with covered shoulders and modest necklines; no pants, shorts, leggings, tank tops, or swimwear. Men must wear collared shirts and modest shoes; no shorts, tank tops, shirtless attire, or swimwear. For visits to government buildings, dignitaries, and religious leaders, men must wear jackets and ties, and ladies must maintain professional dress. No jeans, T-shirts, or athletic wear at official events. I understand that failure to comply may restrict my participation without refund. Modest and professional dress honors our mission and maintains the dignity and credibility of BZPAC Tours during official visits.
