I understand and voluntarily waive any right to a refund of my $500 donation deposit which will be applied to the total balance of the tour.. I fully accept that the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. In the event that the tour is cancelled, the $500 deposit will transfer to the next open tour dates.

I understand and agree that BZPAC Tours reserves the sole right to determine participant eligibility for the tour. BZPAC may decline or revoke participation if, in its sole discretion, it determines that an individual’s involvement would be detrimental to the mission, safety, harmony, or success of the tour. I voluntarily waive any right to dispute, contest, or bring legal action against BZPAC for any such determination. I acknowledge that participation is a privilege extended to BZPAC Members and Friends, and is not a guaranteed right.

BZPAC Tours will arrange and include my connecting flight from a major airport near my home to JFK (New York City) as part of my tour package. I understand that once tickets are issued, any rescheduling, delays, or cancellations — including those caused by weather or airline changes — are my responsibility to resolve directly with the airlines. BZPAC Tours will assist when possible but cannot guarantee airline responses or solutions.

General Liability Release: I understand and agree that participation in the BZPAC Israel Tour involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to travel-related risks, illness, injury, accidents, or loss of personal property. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to hold harmless and release BZPAC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to my participation in the tour.

No Chargebacks, Disputes, or Reversals: I agree not to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or reversal with my credit card issuer, PayPal, or any payment processor under any circumstances regarding this donation. I expressly waive any rights I may have to dispute or reverse this transaction.

I agree to maintain modest, appropriate attire at all times as a participant of BZPAC Tours. I understand that modesty standards are intended to reflect respect for cultural expectations, official settings, and the dignity of the group. Final decisions regarding what constitutes appropriate dress during the tour are at the sole discretion of the BZPAC Tour Leader.

Participation in the BZPAC Israel Tour requires both a $500 non-refundable donation deposit at submission of this registration form and a final $5476 donation balance by July 1st, 2025. These donations are made to BZPAC, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization, and are used solely to cover the costs associated with organizing and operating the tour on behalf of our private membership group.

BZPAC is not selling travel services to the public. Instead, as a nonprofit advocacy organization, we are coordinating a private tour for BZPAC Members, Friends of BZPAC, and those intending to join. The tour is organized through third-party vendors and service providers contracted by BZPAC. Your donations allow BZPAC to pay all related travel expenses on your behalf, including but not limited to: transportation, accommodations, guides, government taxes, fees, service charges, and customary gratuities.

Please note: Because BZPAC is a 501(c)(4) organization, donations for this tour are not tax deductible. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that your donations are voluntary contributions to BZPAC and not payments for goods or services, and that participation in the tour is extended only to those individuals who meet BZPAC membership or friendship requirements.12-Day Israel Tour

Tour begins with U.S. travel and orientation on Sunday, October 19, and concludes upon return from Israel on Thursday, October 31. While the full travel experience spans 13 calendar days, the tour itself is structured as a 12-day journey, consistent with biblical reckoning—from your orientation and VIP briefing on the evening of Oct. 19 through your departure from Israel on Oct. 31. BZPAC includes your domestic flight and hotel in New York City as part of the tour experience to ensure seamless group travel. The international flight departs JFK on Oct. 20 in the afternoon, arriving in Tel Aviv the following morning due to time difference and flight duration.
